|Recommended: YesI was very pleased with this property, it was clean when my daughter moved in and the staff was very welcoming. Maintenance was very kind when coming into my daughters apartment during one of my visits and was quick to finish her maintenance request.

|Recommended: YesPretty good, but there is room for improvement — Hawks Landing is a pretty good community to live in. The apartment units are nice enough and the bathrooms are large and great The construction money spent on the apartment units definitely could have been better. When I moved in, there were holes in the wall and my baseboards and the paint job was not good... I could have done better with a little effort. Otherwise, the apartment has been pretty good.

|Recommended: YesOverall, the property is very nice. However, I had to clean a lot when my daughter moved in. The floors were very dirty, but I appreciate that we were able to move-in a bit early. The carpeting also had some significant dirty spots. — I would recommend Hawk's Landing at this point. We added a rug to cover the spots in the carpeting in her bedroom.

|Recommended: YesDecent choice for college apartment — Overall, it has been a pleasant experience living at Hawks Landing. The apartments are pretty nice in terms of student apartments. The ceilings floors are quite thin, so you hear a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors even when they're just walking around. The walls between units are only somewhat thin, but the walls facing outside really don't block much sound and noise carries across the parking lot into the building. The apartment was mostly clean upon move-in some cobwebs in bedroom . There have been several minor to major maintenance issues in the apartment, but the maintenance staff is excellent and responds to any issues usually within 24 hours. The wifi is usually okay no worse than on-campus . It has also been really beneficial to have the in-unit washer and dryer. Hawks Landing is not located super close to campus 25-30 mins for a relatively fast walker , but it's not too far from uptown and there's a U4 bus stop about half a block away that goes to campus.
