|Recommended: YesAmazing scenic property tucked at the edge of town — I love it at Hawks I lived here for 2 years and had a great time. Maintenance is super responsive and friendly, the office workers are all knowledgeable and super helpful, and the apartments themselves are gorgeous and come FULLY FURNISHED 10 10 would live here again

|Recommended: YesPretty good, loud, long hear back times — Good as long as your bedroom isn't right next to the hallways and as long as you do everything perfectly with payments otherwise you may get screwed over a little in getting the money back or changing something in a timely manner

|Recommended: YesWell kept and generally easily navigated — The staff is very helpful and has the ability to be flexible with moving issues and financial situations. The complex has a lot of amenities that residents are allowed to use and keep them well mended.

The community is nice and friendly and their is a lot to do here with the pool and other facilities that are offered. The apartments are very spacious and clean with lots of storage.
