submitted by Nick W. - Aug 28, 2020|Recommended: YesI think it is very easy to settle in here. — The apartments are comfortable, clean and provide everything you need for a good semester or year of off-campus life. The facilities, such as the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and fitness center provide a means for people to have fun with friends outside in active ways outside their apartments that's only a few minutes' walk away from their homes. And they provide plenty of parking space for visitors and residents, so residents can have easy access to their cars and quickly drive anywhere in Oxford or Miami's campus.

submitted by Taylor F. - Aug 27, 2020|Recommended: YesIt's all very nice. — There are other apartments in Oxford with similar pricing and more spacious living arrangements a single seems a bit small here but that are much lower quality in terms of everything else. Maintenance has never been much a need but has always been immediate and well done, everything is either well-renovated or appears new so we don't have to request a million repairs like some of the older complexes. My boyfriend lives in an older complex with many problems and I was never happier to be in a place where everything looks nice and works well. The people and manager in the office are very kind and attentive, they took care of anything we needed.

The staff is amazing, there are dogs everywhere, and it really feels like home. Big shoutout to Delaney O'Brian and her dog Ryder. Even after living here for just a few days, I can tell I am welcomed with open arms.
