It has many great amenities and the staff in the office is very friendly and helpful.

With a nice pool, hot tub, and sand volleyball court, I was able to relax and enjoy myself throughout the year. While it may be a distance from campus and even a bit of a walk from Uptown, the complex is usually well kept and maintained. The apartments are nice and furnished with nice furniture, large rooms and closets, and the bathrooms are nicely done. Maintenance is usually quick to respond and fix problems in a timely fashion.

submitted by Sarah H. - Jun 25, 2020|Recommended: YesGreat living space and staff — It's a great place to live however, the office does not take initiative on informing residents of things such as rent portal changes. I doubt this problem will occur again since the new one is up but the rent portal changed three times while I was here and each time I wasn't told and had to figure it out for myself which was annoying but other than that the staff are mostly friendly and available. They are also really accommodating for pandemic related distancing and rent adjustment.
