|Recommended: YesCute — As a graduate student, this is a quiet community to live in while still being close to uptown Oxford. They maintain the pool and outdoor areas pretty well. I can hear my neighbors pretty easily, but luckily they aren't loud. I have a single apartment and the space is just right. It's so nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer too It is pretty expensive for what you get - but there must be high demand and small supply of single apartments in Oxford.

|Recommended: YesClean well-furnished — Hawks Landing is one of the best quality apartments in Oxford I researched with a reasonable rent amount. Furnishing is great. I personally like the wooden floor in the living room and kitchen, which makes everything easy to clean.
I stay in one of the rooms closer to the common area of the floor and stairs, so I can hear more noise from neighbors in my room.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and safe place to live — Coming from out of town for graduate school, this was a great option for housing. Everyone that works in the front office is very helpful and nice. I really feel at home here, and am impressed with all of the amenities and appliances.

|Recommended: YesExceeds expectations for a reasonable price — The apartments are very nice and clean when you move in and if there is an issue, maintenance is here to fix it in a few days. The rooms are large and come with all the furniture you need. For the quality and price, you can't beat Hawks Landing, especially for a college campus
