|Recommended: YesBest Place for Upperclassmen to Live in Oxford — Hawks Landing has everything you'll need- friendly staff who are willing to help at all times, the ability to print at the office, and snacks They have very nice conference rooms to study in. I love having my apartment here And the pool in the summer springtime is so fun
The worst part for me is having a bathroom that faces the outside since it is freezing in there in the winter and the hot water lasts about 5 minutes if I'm the only one showering that day, and about 2-3 minutes if my roommate has showered that day already.

|Recommended: YesGood, Needs better appliances washer and dryer are mediocre and so is the dishwasher — It's a great place to live. Price is reasonable the rooms are decent size, nice bathrooms, open living room and kitchen. Overall it's a very nice property the amenities are also great.

The amenities are amazing and the workers within the main office have never been anything but friendly and supportive. I truly think this place is a steal for how much it costs and I am happy to be resigned for next year

|Recommended: NoHorrible — I hear literally every single thing my upstairs neighbor does or anyone walking by does there is zero noise cancellation. The internet is offered as reliable but its not close to reliable it rarely works it and there have been multiple times where its been out for longer than 12 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

|Recommended: YesHawks is a great place to stay because of its location It’s not too far from uptown or campus and there’s a bus stop right up the street for convenience. If you ever have a problem within the apartment, maintenance will fix it right away

|Recommended: YesVery nice, simple but very quality property. — It's very nice and quiet, but with no shortage of things to participate in with the community. Very nice layout and everything comes in good quality. The only thing is that if you are living below another apartment and you don't know them well enough to tell them to stomp quieter, it can get a little loud depending on what your upstairs neighbors have going on. I really like it here though, even though it's a distance from campus.
