My daughter has been living at Hawks landing for almost a year, and it has been a wonderful experience for her. The community is safe and friendly, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. The management team is attentive and handles any issues quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the staff is always courteous and professional.
The amenities are outstanding, offering a well-maintained pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and lovely common areas that are perfect for socializing or relaxing. The location is another highlight, with convenient access to local shops, dining options, and public transportation. The apartments are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making them a comfortable and inviting place to live.

The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive, which gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. One of his favorite things is taking his dog to the on-site dog park—it’s such a great feature for pet owners It’s wonderful to see him so happy and thriving in a place that truly feels like home. |Recommended: YesGreat Move in — I was able to get in early with incredible ease. The construction workers were even kind enough to try and work on a separate area as they saw me moving in. The staff was very friendly checking me in and explained everything very well

|Recommended: YesGreat so far — Moved in early and the apartments been great so far. There was a problem with the toilet flushing, but I put in a maintenance request late in the day and it was fulfilled afternoon the next day, which was good. I was worried I’d be left waiting a while.
